What This Is

Fonte Antiga is a persistent, browser-based space strategy game in the lineage of OGame. Every player shares one galaxy. Build, research and shipyard queues keep running while you are offline, and fleets take real time to cross it. Each account starts with one planet. There is no scripted campaign and no win condition. Other players are not the only thing out there: precursor relics, stalled colonies, Scavengers and roaming derelict hulks share the galaxy too.

It is developed in public by a solo developer who is also an avid player, and shaped by a small Discord community that tests, breaks and proposes new ideas. Balance numbers may still change.

The game is free. Possible future monetization options will be strictly limited to cosmetic additions or donations.

Colonize Your Empire
You start with one planet. Every colony after that is yours to find, reach and claim. Each planet is different in size and resource production.
Build an Economy
Metal, silicon and helium. Metal is crucial for construction, research relies heavily on silicon, and there's no interstellar travel without helium. Mines need automatons to run and power to stay lit, and a shortage of either slows them down.
Research the Tech Tree
45 technologies in three tiers, from combustion drives to lightspeed travel and megastructures.
Lay Down a Fleet
23 ship classes and 9 defense structures, from cheap probes to capital leviathans. Each has its own role, cost and stats.
Command Missions
Transport, colonize, explore, relocate, harvest, recover lost colonies, trade or attack. Send expeditions into deep space, or warp between your own gates.
Fight for the Galaxy
Battles resolve ship by ship. Energy weapons strip shields, kinetic weapons break hulls, and every loss leaves a debris field behind.

Post and accept barter offers at Trade Guild planets across the galaxy. No currency, just what you have for what you need.
